LeadDesk acquires Fluentic to enhance multilingual customer service

LeadDesk has acquired Fluentic, an AI-powered translation solution from Fluentic Oy, to enhance its multilingual customer service offering in the European contact centre market.
Fluentic offers AI-based translation and automation solutions for customer service environments. Its technology helps companies provide consistent multilingual support and improve operational efficiency. Since 2007, Fluentic has served international brands such as Finnair, Iberia, Yamaha, and Volvo Cars.

The acquisition aligns with LeadDesk’s strategy to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its AI-driven capabilities in the consolidating European CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) market. Integrating Fluentic’s technology will further enhance the customer experience in multilingual contact centre operations.
Fluentic generated approximately €0.5 million in revenue in 2025. Two Fluentic employees will join LeadDesk as part of the transaction. The acquisition is financed with a €0.3 million bank loan.

Fluentic Chairman Asko Schrey stated that the company is pleased to see the technology continue its development within LeadDesk’s broader customer experience platform.
LeadDesk is a European provider of cloud-based contact centre software. Its AI-powered platform is used by more than 20,000 customer service and sales professionals each week. In 2024, the company reported €31.6 million in revenue, of which the majority was generated outside Finland
