Vilde Kjos

Vilde is an Investment Associate at Viking Growth, where she is part of the deal sourcing team focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across the Nordic region. In this role, she works closely with founders and management teams, contributing to the assessment of high-growth software companies and supporting Viking Growth's investment pipeline.

Previously, Vilde was a member of the Operational Excellence team at Viking Growth, where she supported the monitoring and strategic development of portfolio companies. Her work included performance tracking, operational analysis, and contributing to value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Viking Growth, Vilde worked as a Research Assistant at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where she contributed to a research project on Norwegian Corporate Venture Capital. She also gained practical experience during an internship at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), working on Sustainable Banking initiatives within Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and supporting early-stage companies through the SEB ScaleCenter.

Vilde holds an MSc in Economic Analysis from NHH and completed an exchange semester at the University of Porto.
