Hege is Chief Financial Officer and partner in Viking Growth. She heads up Investor Relations and backoffice functions, as well as internal and external financial reporting and control, fund finance and fund administration.

Prior to Viking Growth, Hege worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young and Systemrevisjon. This background has given her extensive experience in auditing, advisory services and addressing various accounting and tax-related issues for growth companies in the Nordics.

Hege has lived and worked in Denmark and France and holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian Business School.
