Hege Kristine Kvitsand

Hege is Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Viking Growth, where she is responsible for the firm’s financial strategy and operations. She leads Investor Relations and oversees back-office functions, including internal and external financial reporting, control, fund finance, and fund administration.

In her role, Hege works closely with investors and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency, robust financial processes, and effective capital management. She plays a key role in supporting Viking Growth’s investment activities through disciplined financial oversight and structured reporting, contributing to the firm’s long-term performance and credibility.

Prior to joining Viking Growth, Hege worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young and Systemrevisjon. Through this experience, she developed strong expertise in auditing, advisory services, and accounting and tax-related matters, particularly for growth companies in the Nordic region.

Hege brings an international perspective, having lived and worked in both Denmark and France. She holds an MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian Business School (BI), providing a strong foundation in financial management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
