Martin Sjøhaug Eriksen

Martin joined Viking Growth in 2018 and currently serves as an Investment Director, playing a key role within the Investment Team. He specializes in the Danish and Swedish markets, where he is responsible for deal sourcing, transaction execution, and the ongoing development of portfolio companies. He works closely with founders and management teams to support growth initiatives and drive long-term value creation.

In addition to his investment responsibilities, Martin is actively involved at the board level, serving as Chairman and board member for several portfolio companies. In these roles, he contributes to strategic direction, operational development, and governance.

Prior to joining Viking Growth, Martin worked at Grant Thornton’s London office within the Restructuring and Debt Advisory and Business Consulting teams. There, he focused on due diligence and business reviews, advising clients across a range of industries. He began his career at the software company FactSet, where he worked in Customer Success for Nordic banking and brokerage clients.

Martin is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Finance and Strategic Management.
