Ingvild Farstad

Ingvild is an Investment Director at Viking Growth and leads the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team. The team works closely with Viking Growth’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth through targeted strategic and operational initiatives. These include strategy refinement, business model and pricing optimization, building scalable go-to-market and sales engines, and supporting successful post-merger integrations.

Ingvild plays a central role in driving value creation across the portfolio, partnering with founders and management teams to address key growth challenges and strengthen operational performance. She brings a structured and hands-on approach to scaling B2B software companies, with a focus on sustainable and efficient growth.

In addition to her work with portfolio companies, Ingvild manages Viking Growth’s software community. This collaborative platform enables portfolio companies to exchange knowledge, share insights, and discuss challenges and best practices across the core processes critical to scaling software businesses.

Prior to joining Viking Growth, Ingvild worked in strategic and operational consulting at BDO AS, advising clients across a range of industries.

She holds an MSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
