Ingvild is Investment Director at Viking Growth and leads the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team. The OpEx team works closely with Viking Growth’s portfolio companies to accelerate their growth through targeted strategic and operational initiatives, including strategy refinement, business model and pricing optimisation, building scalable go-to-market and sales engines, and driving successful post-merger integrations.

She also manages Viking’s software community, which is a collaborative arena where our portfolio companies exchange knowledge, insights, challenges, and hands-on experiences across the core processes that matter most to scaling B2B software businesses.

Before joining Viking Growth, Ingvild worked in strategic and operational consulting at BDO AS.

She holds an MSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
