In 2024, Heeros was acquired by Accountor Software and subsequently merged with 24SevenOffice, forming Finago—a leading Nordic provider of integrated financial administration and business operations software. The transaction positioned Heeros as a core platform within a scaled, multi-product SaaS group serving tens of thousands of SMEs.
The offer from Accountor Software valued Heeros at EUR 5.58 per share, representing a premium of 52% compared to the closing price on 21 November 2024. The offer price values Heeros’ equity at EUR 30.7 million on a fully diluted basis.
